In early 2022, the English singer/songwriter purchased the sprawling mansion, nestled in the upscale Beverly Park neighborhood, boasting a coveted 90210 zip code. Stallone had previously listed the property for a staggering $110 million, making it one of the most expensive celebrity homes ever to hit the market. However, after several price cuts, Adele secured the deal with a price of $58 million.

The Mediterranean-style estate spans 3.47 acres and features eight bedrooms, including a luxurious primary suite with dual baths, a sauna, steam room, and a private terrace. The mansion is designed for extravagant entertaining, offering amenities like a screening room, cigar room, and a custom bar.

The outdoor area is a paradise in itself, encompassing lush greenery, covered dining and lounge areas, a putting green, and an infinity pool with stunning views of the city and canyons. Additionally, there is a lavish two-story guest house on the property, designed by renowned architect Richard Landry, known as the ‘King of the Megamansion’.

This new acquisition adds to Adele’s impressive property portfolio in Beverly Hills. The singer, who hails from London, UK, has been residing in Los Angeles for a few years now, citing a better quality of life and more affordable housing options as the main reasons for her move.

As for Sylvester Stallone, he has already relocated to Palm Beach, Florida, where he purchased a $35 million mansion a couple of years ago after selling another property he owned in La Quinta, CA.
