His recent acquisition of a Los Angeles mansion is just another milestone in his incredible journey.
Before purchasing his Encino Hills mansion late last year, The Kid Laroi preferred to rent properties in Los Angeles, often choosing Beverly Hills’ upscale Trousdale Estates. However, he has now decided to establish permanent roots in the City of Angels. The mansion, boasting five bedrooms and six bathrooms, was previously owned by Perla Hudson, the ex-wife of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash.
This French Normandy-style home, built in 1991, spans 6,113 square feet and sits on a 0.55-acre lot. The Kid Laroi acquired the property for $8.3 million (US$5.5 million), with Hudson having purchased it in 2017 for $5.3 million (US$3.5 million). Hudson’s work on modernizing the interior over the years has given the home a stylish and rock-star-worthy edge.
Inside the mansion, a black-tiled entryway opens to a stunning blue lap pool, and a sculptural white staircase leads to a bedroom with a spacious balcony and a luxurious main bathroom. The bathroom features twin basins, a generously sized bathtub, and modern-goth style chandeliers and lighting.
