Rapper Roddy Ricch is making real estate moves, listing his Beverly Hills property for sale.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is now offered for $5.75 million, a reduction from the original asking price of $5.9 million in October 2022.

Ricch bought the house in 2021 for $5.6 million and is now trying to sell it.
