Morris and Morgan Cleary refurbished the home, which increased its value by $2.8 million. A basketball court and low-maintenance, ecologically friendly grass were installed in the backyard.

The white stucco and terracotta-roof house, built in 2018, is concealed behind gates and dense shrubs on a half-acre lot with a big driveway leading to a two-car garage.

The two-story, 5,378-square-foot open-concept living space has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. A movie theatre, a fitness centre on the patio, and a surround-sound home automation system are all opulent features.

The living area features a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a coffered ceiling, and a double-height entry. A gourmet kitchen with two islands and high-end equipment opens to a family area and dining room with a wet bar and wine cabinet. The outside eating space is created with Fleetwood sliding glass doors.

A den, a luxurious master suite with a balcony, walk-in closet, marble-clad bathroom with dual vanities, a steam shower, soaking tub, and wood sauna box, and a resort-style backyard with a pool, jacuzzi, bar-equipped poolhouse and lounge area with a fire pit are all located upstairs. There is also a grill and a basketball half-court.
