Explore the €10m Catalan home of Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola

Eleven years after leaving FC Barcelona, Pep Guardiola, who has since moved on to Bayern Munich and is now the manager of Manchester City, retains relations with Catalonia. Indeed, in 2021, the man who won two Champions Leagues as coach of the Blaugrana before the most recent one, on Saturday with City, has offered himself a home in the region he adores. This Catalan mansion cost him ten million euros.

Pep Guardiola has a Catalan mansion worth ten million euros

Pep Guardiola picked his villa wisely, as it is located in the Perdables area, near Camp Nou and where Ousmane Dembélé moved after joining FC Barcelona in August 2017. The 52-year-old technician’s home is unusually large: 741 square meters, built on a 2114-square-meter outside plot. With so much room available, the former FC Barcelona coach can play football in his yard, sunbathe in the Catalan heat and even host barbecues with guests.

Rafael Marquez’s former residence

Catalonia’s temperatures may swiftly soar. In this situation, the current Manchester City coach may cool off and swim a few laps in his swimming pool. Pep Guardiola is not the only former FC Barcelona player to have lived in this house; it formerly belonged to Rafael Marquez, a former Blaugrana defender who also played for Guardiola for two seasons (2008-2010). Following the departure of the former Mexican international, this property was reclaimed by a Russian executive, who ended up selling the mansion and accepting the Manchester City coach’s bid of 10 million euros.
