Rapper Swae Lee set a price of $4.3 million for a luxury mansion in the Los Angeles area

Rapper Swae Lee recently sold his massive Woodland Hills, California, mansion for a tidy profit.

Lee, whose given name is Khalif Malik Ibn Shaman Brown, purchased the posh house in 2019 for $3.5 million and increased the price to $4,450,000 in May.

The roughly 9,000-square-foot, six-bedroom property eventually sold for $4.3 million. Not bad at all!

Lee’s gated mansion is located on a quiet street and has just been restored. The big, light rooms now have a modern feel to them. The living room has a fireplace, the library has a lot of built-ins, and the kitchen has Wolf equipment and a breakfast nook.

French doors, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and European wood floors are among the many elements. The master bedroom suite is similarly impressive, with a balcony and a massive bathroom that has two water closets, a dual-entry shower, and a soaking tub.

In addition to four further bedrooms and en suite baths, the home has a bonus room that can be changed into anything the next owner chooses (dancing studio, play area, etc.). Outside, there is also a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, and grilling area.

Lee is a five-time Grammy nominee who co-founded the hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd with his brother, Slim Jxmmi. The band’s successful singles were “No Flex Zone” and “Black Beatles.”
