Vergara is projected to earn a profit even with the price change. She paid $10.6 million for this magnificent 11,369-square-foot mansion in 2014, more than a year before her marriage to actor Joe Manganiello.

Vergara commissioned famous designer Jennifer Bevan to help her with a stylish makeover of the property. The property was updated with white walls and black accents while retaining its Tuscan-villa charm.
