Rich flexibility? Drake, the Grammy Award-winning musician from Toronto, is selling his opulent Los Angeles mansion for a stunning $88 million. The artist paid $75 million for the mansion from British rockstar Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, last spring.

While it’s unclear why he’s selling, it’s clear why he bought the house in the first place. The Tuscan-style mansion is nestled in the beautiful slopes of Benedict Canyon on a 19.7-acre tract of property. The mansion is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and behind private gates, making it ideal for solitude seekers like the “One Dance” singer. The home, designed by internationally renowned architect KAA Associates, covers 24,260 square feet and features 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.

The resort-style mansion appears to have been pulled from the Tuscan countryside, complete with an orchard, mature olive trees, ancient oaks, and groomed lawns. There are also breathtaking views of the city, the beach, and the mountains from practically every angle of the property.
