The Grammy winner, 40, is selling his Miami Beach property for $22.5 million, according to PEOPLE.
Weezy’s previous Florida house on Allison Island has 10,632 square feet of living area and retractable glass walls that lead to the fully equipped garden. According to Top 10 Real Estate Deals, the 23,760-square-foot site has a pool, al fresco eating areas, a beach cabana, and a built-in BBQ, all facing 110 feet of water frontage and a private dock.
Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman originally advertised the property for $29.5 million.
The home contains seven bedrooms and a primary suite, which has dual baths, a walk-in closet, a sitting area, and a private terrace where potential buyers will be “Right Above It” all. There’s also a junior suite with its own outdoor space.
The property has two kitchens: The main kitchen, which includes a breakfast nook, features custom Italian cabinets and Subzero & Wolf appliances, while the chef’s kitchen has its own staff quarters.
