Lowkey rapper Tyler spends $13 million on luxury villa SWANKY BEL-AIR

Tyler, The Creator is said to have spent $13 million on a luxurious new Bel-Air house.

The Grammy-winning rapper paid $2 million less than the initial asking price for the outstanding modern residence, according to Dirt.

The property, which is located in the glamorous Los Angeles neighborhood, was erected in the early 1970s but was rebuilt from the ground up last year, and it has a white stucco and wood-sided construction.

The house has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, 5,000 square feet of living area, Brazilian wood flooring finished in white oak, lofty ceilings, and steel-case windows.

Tyler’s new home spans nearly an acre of land, with views of the ocean and city lights from most rooms across three levels.

The property also features a smart-home system, state-of-the-art movie theater, and step-up cigar lounge, along with a sleekly designed kitchen with an eat-in island.

Outdoors, there’s a private and entertainment-ready backyard with a saltwater pool surrounded by a wood deck, as well as a dry sauna, firepit, bar, and barbecue setup. The garage can fit four cars, with additional parking space also available.

The purchаse comes shortly after Tyler sold his previous Bel-Air home to a couple of New York-based designers. Less than a year after buying the property for $7.9 million, he listed it on the market for $7 million in December 2022.

On the music side, Tyler, The Creator released the deluxe version of his Call Me If You Get Lost album in March. Titled The Estate Sale, the project featured eight new songs with appearances from A$AP Rocky, YG, and Vince Staples, along with production from Kanye West and Madlib.

The deluxe drop debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with roughly 68,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, following the original album topping the chart with around 169,000 units in July 2021.
