DJ David Guetta reportedly reached an agreement to buy a luxury mansion in the Miami area for $69 million

According to reports, French DJ David Guetta has secured a deal for a magnificent Indian Creek mansion in the Miami region.

The luxurious 12-bedroom, 16-bath property, which was listed for $69 million, is alleged to have sold off-market to Spotify’s most-streamed DJ/producer in an off-market deal, according to the Real Deal.

Todd Michael Glaser and associates created the 15,578-square-foot lakefront spec mansion.

“Sábado Gigante” anchor Don Francisco is alleged to have sold the mansion to Glaser and crew for $23.8 million two years ago. They then demolished the original house and built an ultraluxe spec palace in its stead.

Set on Billionaire’s Bunker, the stately property is tucked within a private, guard-gated village that boasts a country club and 18-hole championship golf course. The island also has its own 24/7 police force.

The 1.2-acre lot is surrounded by palm trees for extra privacy and comes with 118 feet of waterfrontage that includes a private beach and boat dock overlooking Biscayne Bay.

High-profile neighbors on the 300-acre, 40-home island have included Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, billionaire investor Carl Icahn, and supermodel Adriana Lima.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is said to have recently purchased a $68 million property there, as well.

And this is the enclave where Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen purchased a $17 million property and had grand plans to tear down the home and build a family dream house—that was before they decided to end their 13-year marriage in 2022.

Guetta, 55, has sold more than 10 million albums and 65 million singles worldwide. In 2021, the two-time Grammy winner sold his recorded music catalog to Warner Music for somewhere in the neighborhood of $100 million.
