Nelly’s house, located in the West St. Louis County neighborhood of Wildwood, Missouri, was sold for less than $1 million after being advertised for $600,000.

There are six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in the home, as well as a hillside basketball court at the back of the property.

Nelly’s mansion, located in the St. Louis suburb of Wildwood, Missouri in West St. Louis County, recently sold for less than $1 million last month after being listed at $600,000. Fox 2, KTVI-TV in St. Louis, reports the home sold for $982,500 via realtor Keller Williams Realty STL.

Multiple outlets, including TMZ, also reported that Nelly had plans to renovate the property, but those plans never came to fruition.
