Rapper Future bought a new luxury villa for $16.3 million after his birthday

Atlanta musician Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, better known as Future, just purchased a massive Florida mega-mansion.

According to Real Deal, the Grammy Award-winning 38-year-old just spent $16.3 million on a beachfront Miami Beach home at 6493 Allison Rd. The 7,250-square-foot house on Allison Island has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, as well as a lift, a rooftop terrace, an infinity edge pool, an upstairs master suite with a wet bar, a detached guest house, staff quarters, a dock, and 75 feet of water frontage, among other amenities. Built-in 2020, the home was previously owned by French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale, who purchаsed the estate for $12.5 million. According to Real Deal, Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman represented the Ouazanas, while Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC represented Future. Future’s big purchаse comes about a month after selling the publishing rights to a massive chunk of his music catalog to an investment firm,  a deal rumored to be valued in the “high eight figures,” reports Variety.
