Jessica Simpson chose to sell her Los Angeles house after spending the summer in Nashville, Tennessee. The expansive eight-bedroom home, completed in 2001 and marketed for $22 million, went on the market on Wednesday.
According to the ad by Coldwell Banker’s Bret Harrison, the property has “rolling lawns” and a huge pool. The exclusive estate has “mountain views that will leave you breathless,” according to Harrison. The spiral staircase in the entryway is adjacent to floor-to-ceiling windows.
The family room features “beamed vaulted ceilings” and “oversized sliding barn doors,” and the property has a “state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen,” according to the ad. The property also has a guest home with its own fireplace, a kitchenette, and a study.
