Rapper Polo G spent $4.9 million to buy a luxury Chatsworth villa

Chatsworth is quickly becoming a hip-hop hotspot, with performers like Swae Lee, YG, and DJ Mustard relocating there in recent years. Rapper Polo G is the most recent buyer in the San Fernando Valley area, paying $4.885 million for a Mediterranean-style home in the guard-gated community of Indian Falls Estates.

The approximately two-acre property has been on and off the market since it was built in 2018. According to public records, it was initially advertised for $6.2 million and was most recently offered for $5 million before Polo G, real nаme Taurus Bartlett, purchased it.

The place is packed with amenities, but what really makes it stand out is the garage. There’s a standard two-car garage attached to the house, but out back, a custom garage the size of a guesthouse features 14-foot doors and space for 14 cars.

The residence is approached by a circular driveway, which establishes a tone with six front-facing balconies, a double-door entry, and a grand foyer with a sweeping staircase and porcelain floors. Six bedrooms and eight bathrooms are spread across roughly 11,000 square feet on the inside.

From the kitchen with massive granite slabs to the two-story living area with a bespoke bar and wine cellar and a catwalk overlooking the space from above, almost every place is gigantic.

The back of the house is lined with covered patios that lead out to a swimming pool and an illuminated tennis court. Views of the neighborhood may be had from second-story terraces.

Polo G rose to prominence with his popular singles “Finer Things” and “Pop Out” before releasing his debut album, “Ԁie a Legend,” in 2019. His second album, “The Goat,” was released last year, and his third, “Hall of Fаme,” will be released in June.

The listing was owned by the Agency’s Emil Hartoonian and Bryan Castaneda. Polo G was represented by Daniel Dill of Westside Estate Agency. Both could not be reached for comment.
