Tyga has sold his Indio, California, house for $5.1 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the singer paid $3.9 million for the vacation home in 2020.

The estate, which is only 20 minutes from Palm Springs, was built on a waterfront acre in 2018 and has approximately 6,000 square feet of living area.

The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom retreat was initially advertised for $5.9 million in June. Even with the price cut, the rapper still gets a tidy profit from the transaction.

Space galore

This admirable address can be described as bright and airy. It has a roomy kitchen with two large islands and a dining room with walls of windows.
