Kim Kardashian toured her new oceanfront mansion in Malibu, California, valued at $70 million, on Wednesday’s episode of “The Kardashians.”
“I purchased a home in Malibu; this has been an eternal ambition of mine.” “It’s just one of those ‘pinch-me’ moments where I can’t believe I accomplished a goal that I never thought was possible,” Kardashian, 42, revealed in a Hulu show confessional.
Following this, an image of the Skims founder accompanied by her sister Khloé Kardashian to her new beachfront estate emerges.
Khloé stated in a confessional, “Kim’s Malibu house is so beautiful; it’s literally a little oasis.” The seaside residence was Kim’s. “She is situated directly on the beach and owns a vast tract of land.”
Kim displayed the luxurious pad’s interiors and informed her sister that substantial renovations were imminent, including the complete conversion of one space to concrete.
Khloé responded, “I certainly understand how you feel,” when she learned of the décor plans.
Prior to releasing the sliding doors to admit the ocean breeze, Kim disclosed that the expansive living area that faces the shore will be fitted with brand-new window treatments and flooring.
“Is this not absolutely breathtaking?” While seated on the wraparound veranda that offered expansive views of the water and a fire grate, Kim posed this question to Khloé.
“No. It is so exquisite. Consider this vista! “This truly resembles a painting,” Kim responded in response to Khloé’s remark, “It does.”
Kim, who has four children with ex-husband Kanye West: North, 10, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3., described the residence as “a party house” that is also suitable for children.
“It’s half party and half with kids,” Kim said while checking out a TV nook that includes a fireplace.
“So like Disney and then Disney after dark,” Khloé laughed. “Got it.”
Kim, who shared how excited she is “to wake up to this view,” noted that she isn’t taking the moment of buying such a luxurious home for granted.
“It’s definitely a dream to have a house in Malibu and I think people think like, ‘They have all this stuff and they do all these things, and like it’s so normal.’ Like, It’s not normal. We know that,” Kim said.
She then tells her sister, “It wasn’t like, ‘Oh, I got a house in Malibu. No big deal.’ It was like, I stood on the beach, like, tears down my face, like. I did this.’”
The Good American founder joked that the home is Kim’s “escape” and that she shouldn’t even tell her kids about it.
“This house is going to be the craziest memories for all of my kids, all of my nieces and nephews,” Kim said.
