Despite possessing an admirable propensity for bluntness, Snoop Dogg possesses a diligent intellect. He is also an entrepreneur, winemaker, actor, presenter, director, and athletics instructor, in addition to being a rapper, songwriter, and producer. He is not one to allow vegetation to flourish, although he may also engage in some of that.
Additionally, he exhibits a propensity for contradictions: he is sporadic in his adherence to veganism and fur-wearing, and he is a spiritual traveler who has embraced Islam, Rastafarianism, and self-proclaimed Christianity at various times. Despite the seemingly continuous evolution and change that characterizes life, one thing remаins constant: automobiles. (All right, two constants: automobiles and marijuana.) Simply put, one of the guiding principles of his life is “You must purchаse if the ride is more ethereal.” And he has purchased. In honor of the Doggfather’s 49th birthday on October 20, we examine some of the most aerodynamic vehicles in his private collection.
Pontiac Parisienne ‘Lakers Edition’ (1966)
This loveliness is slightly overshadowed by melancholy. Snoop Bryant, a Lakers enthusiast, presented Bryant with his exceptional Lakers-themed yellow-and-purple Pontiac Parisienne with a hood emblazoned with several of the franchise’s all-time greats upon his retirement in 2016. Shaq, Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt Chamberlain, and Bryant himself were among those in attendance. Particularly conspicuous and towering over the crowd, adorned with a Lakers shirt bearing the renowned Superman insignia, is Snoop himself, the ever-retired and reclusive wallflower. Additionally, a hydraulic system was installed in the cargo of the vehicle, enabling the riding level to oscillate.
Cadillac de Ville ‘Brown Sugar’ (1967)
In terms of quietness and restraint, this automobile embodies neither. A metallic brown Caddy adorned with chandeliers above the rear seat is doubtless the most hip-hop item in existence. In addition to a design depicting Snoop and his two sons, Corde and Cordell, the trunk of the vehicle bears the emblazonment of “Snoop Dogg” on the front of the bonnet. In a society where the majority of public figures yearn for covert travel, one must appreciate the individual who is so enthusiastic about proclaiming his arrival. This automobile is so magnificent that the Henry Ford Museum in Detroit has even displayed it. One thing you should know about Snoop’s automobiles is that nearly all of them have been customized by Big Slice, a self-described former cоcaine dealer who is 6’6″ and 295lb and has elevated car customization to an art form (his birth nаme is Big Slice).
Buick Riviera (1968)
Two classic Buick Rivieras are owned by Snoop. This 1968 model, which represents the vehicle’s second iteration, is 200 pounds heavier, longer, and wider than the original. Pink wheels are present (because… why not?). and appears in the music video for “Vato” by Snoop. A decal affixed to the hood features an image of Snoop, accompanied by his wife and infant daughter, while the inscriptions “Dogg’s Angels” and “Me and my girls” appear below. The latter is improbable to become a widely used moniker.
Cadillac Coupe de Ville (1968)
An additional Big Slice invention, this automobile’s decals, which read “My First Ministry” and feature Snoop attired in white and praying fervently with his family, are among its more, shall we sаy, distinctive attributes? “Matthew 6:9-13” (the Lord’s Prayer) and “2 Corinthians 5:14-21” (no notion) appear beneath them. What is this, a Bible study class?
Cadillac Snoop de Ville Lowrider (1974)
A lowrider, a modified automobile with its body lowered to within an inch of the road surface, would not get you very far on the Midwest’s gravel tracks or the winding streets of San Francisco. However, it is extremely prevalent in Los Angeles and has been in hip-hop circles ever since Eazy-E and Dr. Dre adopted it in the 1990s. Snoop is renowned for his affinity towards lowrider culture, and this automobile is undoubtedly attention-grabbing with its lime-green paint job, lemon ornamentation, and lime-green wheel rims. Additionally, a remote-controlled miniature version is offered.
Snoop Chrysler 300C (2006)
Snoop was recruited as a spokesperson to promote Chryslers in the 2000s; the decision proved profitable, as sales skyrocketed due to the rapper’s support. In recognition of Snoop’s appreciation, the organization presented him with a Chrysler 300C, an immensely popular automobile that even Barack Obama and Dr. Dre owned. Snoop obviously desired to personalize the vehicle (hence the term “Big Slice”). To that end, he had the vehicle lowered, chrome wheels installed, blacked out the taillights and windows, and had the word “DUB” becalmed across the trunk and windows. Overall, relatively subdued and unremarkable, even by Snoop’s standards.
Ford Mustang GT Funkmaster Flex Edition (2011)
This object can be considered a collector’s item. Not only has a Snoop vehicle been modified by an individual other than Big Slice, but that individual is Funkmaster Flex, a DJ, rapper, and producer from New York. Ford proposed that Flex be invited to customize a Mustang for Snoop, and he did an adequately competent job. Baurtwell custom taillights, a 3-D carbon body kit, and a boosted engine propel this monstrous vehicle from 0 to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds. The metallic blue paintwork is accented with white details down the hood, and “Snoop Dogg” is inscribed across the windshield.
Polaris Slingshot – The Batman (2015)
Now for something somewhat dissimilar. This deft three-wheeled vehicle differs significantly from the standard Reliant Robin, beginning with the placement of the solitary tire in the rear. Additionally, it is brisk, vivacious, and entertaining, and at $26,000, it is considerably less expensive than the majority of Snoop’s excursions. Its 2.4-liter EcoTec engine produces 173 horsepower, which is respectable for a vehicle weighing 1,743 pounds. It features side-by-side bench seating, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel, and a chrome blue paint scheme, in addition to a glowing purple and blue dashboard. It is referred to as The Batmobile by Snoop.
Tesla Model X (2017)
Snoop tweeted in March 2017: “Tesla has just delivered my new vehicle.” Demonstrating unequivocally that eco-motoring had arrived, Snoop enthusiastically embraced the electric vehicle. This iteration of the Model X, which features black leather seating upholstered in ash wood, 22-inch matte-black onyx rims, falcon-wing doors, an autopilot, an air purifier, and a 17-inch interface, is certain to impress. Additionally, Snoop added six seats to the vehicle for his wife and four children. Awww.
Rowland Heights School Bus
Big Slice’s finest achievement has been reserved for last. While coaching the Rowland Heights Raiders football team in Los Angeles, Snoop instructed Big Slice to purchаse a dilapidated school bus for $4,500 in 2004. Slice subsequently set to work adorning the device with silver and black Oakland Raiders apparel, seventy speakers, twenty-seven video displays, two DVD players, a £90,000 stereo, and a VHS player, of whatever that is. The bus’ Xbox would also be accessible to the MVP of each game during the voyage home. Unsurprisingly, the exterior of the bus also displayed a sizable photograph of an individual tossing a football. Whoever it is, you will never predict…
