The Real Deal reports that celebrity neighbors Gloria Estefan and Sean “Diddy” Combs presented Ross with a golf cart as a token of appreciation for his arrival at the upscale enclave.

The 9,747-square-foot estate, which is listed for $37.5 million, features six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Nearly an acre in size, the record executive’s newly acquired exclusive accommodations feature one hundred feet of prime waterfrontage. The status of the expensive property is “pending sale” at this time.
