Nicki Minaj has acquired an expansive property in the gated community of Hidden Hills, California, which is frequented by A-list celebrities including Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, among others.

The rapper ultimately purchased a home in the greater Los Angeles area, from Malibu to Beverly Hills, to settle in with her spouse Kenny Petty and their unidentified two-year-old son, after years of renting palaces in the area.

The forty-year-old Suρer Bass hitmaker’s delay was well worth it, as the estate features eight bedrooms, nine complete bathrooms, and two utility rooms.

Other amenities included a detached guesthouse, cabana, saltwater pool, and 12,000 square feet. 

Dirt states that Minaj’s new residences feature a three-car garage, substantial landscaping for privacy, and verdant landscapes.

The publication noted, “The main house features pocketing glass doors that lead to multiple patios and terraces, and the master suite upstairs features a private balcony that overlooks the backyard.”

In addition, the master suite features a private balcony that overlooks the expansive courtyard. 

In 2016, she formerly occupied a Beverly Hills mansion for a rent that was prohibitively expensive at $30,000 per month.

According to TMZ, she was plundered of jewelry and other property valued at $200,000 at the opulent residence a year later.

Following her admission that she desires to serve as an inspiration for black wоmen and instill in them “confidence” in light of their underrepresentation in the music industry, she has achieved her most recent feat.

The performer recounted how, as a child, she was under the impression that black wоmen were not present on screen or on magazine covers, which left her feeling “insufficient.”

She stated that she hoped to “empower” young wоmen to believe that they do not require “a man for anything” when she appeared on the cover of i-D magazine’s Winter 2022 issue.
