Vladislav Doronin, the rumored ex-boyfriend of Naomi Campbell, has reportedly reduced the price of the contemporary estate he constructed in a Russian forest for her to £78 million.

Built in an affluent neighborhood of Moscow, the establishment features its own nightclub.

Throughout their four-year courtship, the initial sketch was crafted on the reverse side of a napkin. Reportedly, it was intended to be the supermodel’s bridal present from Doronin prior to their separation.

Local media report that the peculiar Russian love-nest dacha, which was built for £109 million, was initially advertised for sale for a “sky-high” £117 million.

Since 2016, the 57-year-old billionaire Doronin has reportedly been unsuccessfully attempting to sell the residence, according to some sources. Zaha Hadid, a British-Iraqi architect, designed the 35,520-square-foot residence.
