Sarah Williams of Societe Real Estate previously listed the unit for rent as a completely furnished, 3,200-square-foot residence featuring four beds. Pierhouse, a condominium complex comprising approximately 100 units, is situated in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood. Notable buyers of the property include Amy Schumer and Matt Damon.

Property records indicate that the apartment was last sold for $6.01 million in 2018, but Mr. Sheeran’s landlord’s identity could not be immediately ascertained. In January, when it was listed for $36,000 per month, the Sheeran property in Brooklyn was the priciest rental available. It was discontinued from circulation approximately two months ago, as reported by StreetEasy.

According to the listing, the apartment features a private rooftop terrace with views of Brooklyn Bridge and lower Manhattan, in addition to an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. Walnut cabinets and Calacatta Tucci marble countertops adorn the kitchen. According to the listing, the apartment is furnished with items from Crate & Barrel, RH, and Serena & Lily, among others.
