What’s inside Drake’s luxurious Beverly Hills super mansion worth up to 88 million USD?

Artist and Grammy-winning rapper Drake is loading up his multimillion-dollar Beverly Hills megamansion after placing a figurative “for sale” sign in front of it.

Listing documents indicate that the nearly 20-acre Tuscan-style estate was listed for $88 million earlier this week, a little more than a year after Drake, also known as Aubrey Drake Graham, purchased the trophy property for $75 million.

British musician Robbie Williams, who had acquired the pad from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano, was the seller of the pad.

Branden and Rayni Williams of Williams & Williams at The Beverly Hills Estates, who declined to comment on the listing, describe the property in its listing as an “exquisite celebrity compound,” situated moments from the Beverly Hills Hotel and concealed at the end of a lengthy gated drive.

Marc Bretter of Oakwood Realty Corporation is in charge of the transaction; he did not respond to a request for comment immediately.

The manse, which is approximately 25,000 square feet in size and features canyon, city, and ocean views, is “ideal for grand-scale entertaining and showcasing world-class art collections,” according to the listing.

In addition to a library, seven bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a gourmet kitchen featuring a breakfast room, and two family rooms—one of which serves as a screening room—the main house features thirteen bathrooms.

In addition, a game room, wine cellar, gym, and elevator are available. In addition, an eleven-car garage, three en-suite apartments for staff, a guesthouse, a mosaic-tiled pool, a tennis court, and an orchard are included.

Drake, age 36, has won a record-setting 34 Billboard Music Awards, five Grammy Awards, and six American Music Awards, making him one of the world’s best-selling musicians.
