Lil Wayne came to Future’s house to visit and give Future’s post-birthday gift

The magnificent residences were reportedly sold to the Atlanta rap artist by Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Dina Goldentayer, according to an article published by the South Florida real estate publication TheRealDeal on Wednesday, November 2. “Plus staff quarters, media room, three-car garage, and a detached guest suite,” the official advertisement states of the opulent residence with more than 8,500 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and eight toilets. Additionally, it features a rooftop patio, an elevator, a pavilion, and a swimming pool. Future purchased the nursery for $16.3M, which was in contrast to the asking price of $19.9M.

The residence shares its Allison Island location with the $29 million listing by Lil Wayne. In recent times, rappers have executed noteworthy real estate transactions. During the summer, Drake sold his property in the prestigious Hidden Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for $12 million. Two months prior, Drake had acquired a $75 million property in the illustrious 90210 postal code of Los Angeles.  In 2018, Birdman listed his residence on Palm Island, Florida for $15.5 million. Reports indicate that the Cash Money creator sold the residence for $10.8 million in 2020.

A little more than one month ago, there were rumors that Future, a rapper based in Atlanta, had sold the majority of his publishing to Influence Media Partners, an investment firm supported by BlackRock and the Warner Music Group, for an alleged eight-figure sum. According to alternative accounts, the accord may have yielded the rapper a sum exceeding $75 million. The agreement covers approximately 612 tracks from 2004 to 2020.
