Bryan “Birdman” Williams, co-founder and public face of Cash Money Records, is attempting to depart—but not without compensation.
Flying The Birdman costs $20 million. That is the price he desires for his waterfront property in Miami Beach, Florida.
In 2011, Williams acquired the 2004 residence of Russell Weιner for $14.25 million. Birdman then spent several million dollars adorning the structure with textured animal-print wallpaper, marble, chrome, and custom lighting to make it a baller’s paradise.
Brett Harris, a co-listing agent with Douglas Elliman Real Estate, further states, “This 20,000-square-foot residence features every conceivable amenity and is fit for a king.” “Two wine cellars, a thirteen-seat movie theater, a climate-controlled six-car garage, a 40-foot-tall entry foyer, an entertainer’s bar, a double staircase featuring custom iron handrails, a 2,000-square-foot master bedroom featuring two private terraces, and one of the largest estates on Palm Island.”
The estate in Palm Island’s Estates features a boat port and a canal frontage of 100 feet each. There are twelve bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The property had a total of nine bedrooms at one point, but the music magnate, who is 48 years old, converted three of the uppermost bedrooms into a master suite featuring two bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and an opulent seating area featuring a fireplace.
Included as well are two wine cellars, a chef’s kitchen featuring a custom-lit island, and two garages—one with space for four vehicles and the other for two—as well.
A pool, a sand volleyball court, and a pizza oven summer kitchen are all located on the premises. An arboreal canopy adorns the half-acre.
The rapper desires to downsize, according to Harris of TheRealDeal.com, because “it’s too much home for him.”Harris and Fortune International Realty’s Alex Daguer are co-listing the property.
Recreation room with a bar Harris asserts that Williams is considering investing in additional South Florida properties following the sale of his current residence. Drake, Nicki Minaj, and Lil’ Wayne have all achieved success on the Cash Money Records imprint that Williams and his brother Ronald “Slim” Williams co-founded. It is estimated that the Birdman is worth around $180 million.
