Inside Leonardo DiCaprio’s $29 million Hamptons rental

This weekend in the Hamptons, Leonardo DiCaprio was living the high life, even by Hollywood standards. According to our sources, he rented a historic estate in Sagaponack Village for $28.9 million.

A source reports that DiCaprio, who attended Michael Rubin’s star-studded party and spent two consecutive nights with Gigi Hadid, stayed in the 21,000-square-foot mansion with ten complete bathrooms and nine bedrooms, somewhat living up to his title role of Jay Gatsby in 2013’s “The Great Gatsby.”

Additionally, the opulent residence boasted a pool house, tennis facilities, fitness center, spa, sauna, cold plunge, and theater—everything Leonardo DiCaprio and his entourage could need to watch “The Revenant.”

The estate also comprises two silos, one of which features a personal gym, a recording studio, and an art studio.

The listing for the residence, which was constructed by the firm Kristen Farrell & Co., also specifies that each floor is accessible via elevator.

While in town, Leonardo DiCaprio, 48, was socializing with art dealer Helly Nahmad and The Ned’s Richie Akiva, among others, and spending time with Hadid, 28, an acquaintance who is all the rage.

Akiva, a technology expert, and the attractive couple, who were first linked during Fashion Week in New York City last September, were spotted socializing at a party in Bridgehampton hosted by the two individuals.
