The highest-earning boxer, Floyd Mayweather, paid $18 million to buy his fourth luxury villa

Floyd Mayweather has properties in Beverly Hills, Las Vegas, and now Miami Beach. On Palm Island, a man-made island in Biscayne Bay, the undefeated fighter spent $18 miℓℓio𝚗 on a riverside beauty.

After selling his previous Miami Beach home, a modern, box-like house in La Gorce, he bought this one.

The nearly 11,000-square-foot, three-story residence features a 5,000-square-foot terrace veranda with views of the city skyline and water. Decks on the uppermost two stories overlook a terrace featuring a pool, jacuzzi, and a 100-foot boat pier.

In addition to a game room, movie theater, and 10.5 bathrooms, the contemporary estate features nine bedrooms. An elegant stairwell and lift provide access to the owner’s suite, which features a leisure bathroom and parquet flooring.

The decade-old property has four garages and a six-car driveway on a third of an acre.

One of the wealthiest athletes in the world, Floyd “Money” Mayweather, amassed a 50-0 record in pay-per-view boxing, including victories over Manny Pacquiao, Oscar De La Hoya, and Conor McGregor. This year, he engaged in an exhibition bout against Logan Paul.

His Beverly Hills mansion is larger. In 2017, he paid $25.5 miℓℓio𝚗 for a half-acre estate with a 15,000-square-foot residence, guesthouse, and 20-seat theater.

Douglas Elliman listed Dina Goldentayer and Ana Viyella. The Real Deal claimed that Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty represented Mayweather.
