Following three years in the city of Los Angeles, Wiz Khalifa is relocating.
Rapper Cameron Thomaz, age 34, is offering his Encino, California, residence for approximately $4.5 million. This, according to Dirt, is approximately $1 million more than the price he paid for it three years ago.
Featuring exquisite details, the 5,875-square-foot residence comprises six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a half-bathroom. A suspended staircase, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, 25-foot ceilings, exotic timbers, and custom lacquer cabinetry are all notable features.
Inside are a home theater, 100-bottle wine bar, swimming pool, spa, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, sports court, and wraparound terrace.
The property is listed by Alan Taylor of Compass and Brian Capossela of Cap Equity.
The indoor kitchen features a waterfall island, custom lacquer cabinetry, Miele appliances integrated into the cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, and a pass-through to the formal dining room. It also provides an overlook of the exclusive grounds.
Uppermost are the suites, which feature four bedrooms, a terrace, and a wraparound veranda with a view of the Santa Susana Mountains.
Wiz reportedly purchased the residence approximately three years ago after years of renting a Los Angeles property for $16,000 per month, according to Dirt. His residence is also in Pittsburgh.
Dirt reports that the musician from “See You Again” purchased a contemporary farmhouse for $7.6 million. This 8,000-square-foot residence features seven restrooms, six bedrooms, and a kitchenette guest house measuring 450 square feet.
According to the publication, the residence features an expansive driveway and a three-car garage.
