The Grammy winner, 40, is selling his Miami Beach property for $22.5 million, according to PEOPLE.
Weezy’s previous Florida house on Allison Island has 10,632 square feet of living area and retractable glass walls that lead to the fully equipped garden. According to Top 10 Real Estate Deals, the 23,760-square-foot site has a pool, alfresco eating areas, a beach cabana, and a built-in BBQ, all facing 110 feet of ocean frontage and a private dock.
Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman initially advertised the property for $29.5 million.
The home contains seven bedrooms and a primary suite, which has dual baths, a walk-in closet, a sitting area and a private terrace where potential buyers will be “Right Above It” all. There’s also a junior suite with its own outdoor space.
