Lil Wayne also referred to as Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., acquired this recently constructed speculative estate on Allison Island, an exclusive guard-gated area of Miami Beach, which offers a view of Biscayne Bay, for $16.8 million just under four years ago. The Wall Street Journal reports that the forty-year-old “Lollipop” rapper is offering the contemporary residence for $29.5 mιllιon.
The elevated cost encompasses a commercial elevator, a luxurious movie theater adorned with velour walls, a wine cellar, and staff quarters featuring a butler’s kitchen. The length of the waterfront and pier is 110 feet.
On a secured half-acre site in Miami, developer Laurent Harari and local architect Ralph Choeff constructed Lil Wayne’s futuristic marvel in 2017. Featuring approximately 10,300 square feet of living space, the seven-bedroom, eleven-bathroom residence features glass walls, soaring ceilings, and integrated indoor-outdoor spaces.
A capacious great room featuring a 22-foot ceiling, lacquered fireplace, and sliding glass doors to the rear is accessed via a foyer crafted from mahogany by hand. A courtyard and an eat-in gourmet kitchen featuring Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and custom Italian cabinetry are adjacent to the family room and dining room.
The 2,500-square-foot master suite, which features a seating area, private balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and two opulent baths, is accessed via a sculptural floating staircase. There are numerous outdoor seating and gathering areas, a large pool, and an open-air pavilion with a kitchen and bathroom on the premises, which are designed in a tropical style. Miami is listed by Cyril Matz of Douglas Elliman. Lil Wayne’s $15.4 mιllιon Hidden Hills mansion has been occupied.
