The famous NBA player Paul “PG-13” George was recently moved to the Los Angeles Clippers after a trade. Even though they just moved, George, who is from Palmdale, California, and his longtime partner Daniela Rajic have quickly accepted their love for the West Coast.

To show how committed they are, the two have decided to spend a lot of money in upgrading their local home. Official records show that George spent a lot of money—nearly $16.1 million—to buy a fаncy three-story house in Pacific Palisades, which is on the expensive Westside of Los Angeles.

Interestingly, the picked Palisades home has a history of famous people living there. Even though it was only built five years ago, in late 2014, the house has already been owned by several different people.

A fellow NBA luminary and former Clippers standout, DeAndre Jordan, originally secured the property in late 2015, making a substantial investment of $12.7 million in the contemporary residence. Remarkably, Jordan’s tenure was short-lived, spanning less than six months before he opted to place the property on the market. Ultimately, he incurred a million-dollar loss upon its sale, transferring ownership to local hedge fund professional Curtis Macnguyen.

The big home was designed by the famous developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati from Huntington Estate Properties. It features a majestic Cape Cod style of architecture.
