However, John Cena showed his tourist side on Sunday as he strolled through Hyde Park in London with his wife Shay Shariatzadeh, his mother Carol Cena, and other family members. 

In a tight white top, shorts, and baseball cap, the 46-year-old former wrestler showed off his notoriously buff body. 

Shay looked chic in a Moschino T-shirt with the brand’s teddy bear design, a pink cardigan, and stone wash denim. 

The couple, who married again in Vancouver last year, walked hand-in-hand with family.

John is notoriously close to his mother Carol, who wore a checkered shirt and jeans while another party member had an SLR camera. 

Before dating, John and Shay were seen having dinner in March 2019. In October 2020, the couple married privately at an attorney’s office in Tampa, Florida.

John said his casting in the highly anticipated Barbie film was a ‘happy accident’.

The WWE star will play a hot merman. Ken said he was cast in Barbie after ‘an unexpected run-together with Margot Robbie.’

He said it happened on Fast X’s set, across from Barbie’s.

Margot made ‘a lot of the decisions’ about who would star in the Greta Gerwig-directed film, Cena said.

‘So, with a lot of possibility, it was a chance to say, “Hey, would you guys be willing to have me if I could do something?”‘

His creative team informed him, ‘would do, pretty much, whatever you guys need since I truly appreciate the movie.’

With his excitement for the project, Cena was asked if he ‘wanted to be a merman’, which he readily accepted.

He joked that his mermaid story ‘has more than normal size.’

John was promoting Fast X, the latest Fast And Furious film, before the Barbie hoopla, so he’s probably pleased of some rest. 

The actor, who began filming Fast X in August 2022, appeared on the Happy Sad Confused podcast last month and discussed the franchise with MTV News’ Josh Horowitz.
