Shay is an engineer from Canada that manages products for Sonatype.

After Cena and Nikki Bella parted ways in 2019, she got to know him.

And in 2020, the couple wed in a low-key ceremony in Florida.

Remarkably, two years ago in Vancouver, Shay and Cena celebrated their SECOND wedding with friends and family.

It wasn’t Cena’s first dance; the legendary WWE wrestler had previously been betrothed to Bella.

In addition, he wed Elizabeth Huberdeau, his high school sweetheart, for three years before their 2012 divorce.

Additionally, Cena had a brief relationship with Mickie James, an ex-WWE star who later married wrestler Nick Aldis.
