To indulge in his pastime of golf, DJ Khaled shelled out a hefty sum to British artist Robbie Williams to purchаse a majestic 10,681 square foot mansion

DJ Khaled paid British artist Robbie Williams a large amount of money to buy a 10,681 square foot house just to satisfy his hobby of playing golf!

The home, which was inspired by a French chateau, is situated in Mulholland Estates, a gated community in Beverly Hills. This neighborhood also includes Paris Hilton, Christina Aguilera, and Kendall Jenner.

According to pictures, the gorgeous home was constructed in 1992 and is tucked away between well-kept hedges and a wrought-iron gate.

It opens to a sizable foyer with two floors of curving stairs and a glass dome at the top.

Most of the rooms are traditional in style and are painted white or cream. A few of the rooms also have floor to ceiling windows or glass doors that lead onto the backyard.

There is also a recording studio, a gym, a swimming pool with a waterfall feature, and an outside dining area with a kitchen, a television, and a fireplace.

It was formerly owned by country music star Clint Black, who parted ways with it and sold it to Williams in 2002 for roughly $5 million. Khaled was the third musician to own the house.

Despite having a reputation for being among Los Angeles’ safest neighborhoods, the location made news in 2009 when $2 million in jewelry was taken from Paris Hilton’s nearby mansion.

Charlie Sheen, a former resident of the neighborhood, was also a victim of a break-in while he lived there. In January 2020, he apparently sold the home for $6.6 million, according to reports.

Following the loss-making sale of one of his South Florida properties for just under $5 million in June 2020, Khaled was able to turn a sizable profit on a piece of real estate he owned in Beverly Hills.

The record producer had a contract in place to sell his waterfront home in March, according to people who have previously spoken to The Post; however, the New York buyer became ill with the cоrоnavirus and decided not to close on the sale.

And every time DJ Khaled walked through its grand doors, he couldn’t help but smile, knowing that his legacy was not just about the music he created but also the lives he touched and the dreams he helped bring to life. The Mansion of DJ Khaled became a living testament to his unwavering belief in the power of unity, forever etching his nаme in the annals of greatness.
