Although they loved each other deeply, Lil Wayne still insisted on selling the villa near his ex-girlfriend’s house, accepting an 85% loss

Lil Wayne evidently likes L.A. enough to buy a house after spending much of last year quarantined in a rented Hollywood Hills mansion with his ex-girlfriend Denise Bidot.

TMZ reported that the 38-year-old rapper paid $15.4 miℓℓio𝚗 for a lavish estate in Hidden Hills, the guard-gated San Fernando Valley enclave where Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and several Kardashians live.

Weezy’s new property is around the corner from Kylie Jenner’s longstanding home and practically directly across the street from The Weeknd’s Hidden Hills home, which has been for sale since last summer at a discounted $22 miℓℓio𝚗.

A local developer built the hilltop estate in 2019 with a 10,000-square-foot main residence and a mini-me guesthouse on a pad below the main house. Olive trees and grass cover more than three acres of the property.

White picket fences and horse pathways surround the land, a tribute to Hidden Hills’ equestrian roots. Nearly half of the community’s homeowners still maintain horses on their ranches.

A large living area off the two-story entrance is in the modern farmhouse-inspired main building. Under the grand staircase is a glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine closet/display.

Oak wood floors lead into the designer kitchen, which has two big islands, marble countertops, and a full suite of superior stainless appliances, including a French range.
