If Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez break up, who will their MEGA-MANSION in Beverly Hills belong to?
Affleck put his Pacific Palisades bachelor pad on the market in 2022 and it was quickly snapped up for $28.5 million.
Lopez then listed her palatial estate in Bel-Air in early 2023 for $42.5 million. The “French-style” country compound has a guesthouse with a studio and gym, a 100-seat amphitheater, a pagoda with a fire pit, an outdoor entertainment area with a full kitchen, and a second guest cottage.
Without a buyer, the nearly 8-acre property got a new price tag of just below $40 million. It finally sold in October 2023 for $33,950,000.

Known as the Wallingford Estate, this sumptuous, 38,000-square-foot mansion sits on 5 acres. It has 12 bedrooms and 24 baths and was marketed as “one of the most iconic estates” in Beverly Hills. The celeb-ready fortress can only be accessed through two entrances from private and gated streets.
Highlights include a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, two-bedroom guardhouse, and parking for more than 80 cars. The landscaped grounds include a zero-edge pool and a sports facility with a pickleball court, boxing ring, sports lounge, and bar.
The property had been on and off the market since 2018 and was once priced as high as $135 million. It had dropped in price multiple times over the past half-decade, eventually landing at $75 million before Lopez and Affleck scored the place below asking.
